Started with one rule: sell only what we'd use ourselves
Glorious Trade Hub opened at the Gallamandi counter in 2017 — a wall of keyboards, a shelf of cameras, and a small repair bench in the back. The shop grew, the rule didn't. Every product on the shelf is something a technician here has installed, opened, or gamed on — if we wouldn't put it in our own setup, it doesn't get an invoice.
That rule is easiest to keep when you do the work yourself. Our CCTV crew surveys, mounts, cables and configures every system we sell — from a single pan-tilt camera over a shop door to multi-floor installations for schools and businesses. When we equipped Paschimanchal English School with CCTV and smartboards in every classroom — the first school in Bhairahawa to have them — the same people who sold the boxes stood on the ladders.
The other half is the service bench — and laptops and printers lead the queue. Screens, keyboards and batteries replaced, RAM and SSD upgrades, printer servicing, even fabrication and painting that sends a battered machine home looking new. Keyboard mods and switch swaps, camera and security-lock service, network setup and cash counting machines fill the rest. Most days, more gear leaves fixed than leaves new.
These days most orders never touch the counter at all — they arrive by cart on this site, or as a DM on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Same stock, same warranty, same crew — with a courier to all 77 districts on top.
